All polyamides are characterized by the amide, which is built into the monomers of various structures.
The upper operating temperature is 120 - 140°C.
Polyamide is superior than other polymers of following properties:
- high strength
- abrasion resistance
- the ability in dry operation against
- high resistance to aging
