Hydrogenated acrylonitrile rubber HNBR Therban, Tornac, Zetpol.

Acrylonitrile rubber is a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene wherein there is complete or partial hydrogenation of the double bond of the butadiene component. Peroxide crosslinking by a double bond increases the thermal stability and oxidation. Rubber materials prepared in this way are characterized by high mechanical strength and improved abrasion resistance. They have a slightly greater resistance to the media as in the case of NBR.

Operating temperature range from -30 to +150°C
